To ensure a smooth event, we need to create a working plan about 14 days is advance. This means you need to notify us at least 4 weeks in advance of the event. Sooner is also possible. This will ensure that there is enough time to decide upon all of the terms in print. We thank you for your cooperation
Nb. You need to take notice in the fact that requesting a permit for organising a party or event can easily take in excess of 8 to 13 weeks, depending on the area and scale of the event in question.
